ZICO is great as a tropical mixer with rum, gin, scotch, vodka and tequila. ZICOtini or ZICOjito anyone?

Crush 10 mint leaves in a cool, tall glass
- Squeeze half a lime into bottom of glass
- Add 1 tsp. of sugar (opional)
- Add 1.5 oz. rum
- Fill glass with ice and add natural ZICO
Stir and garnish with mint sprig.

In a shaker filled with ice,
add:
- 3oz. of mango or passion fruit ZICO
- 2 oz. Vodka or gin
- Shake. Strain into maritini glass
- Add a twist of lemon or lime peel.
